Resolution: This is frequently caused by browser settings. To ensure proper playback, navigate to your Google Chrome settings and disable 'Hardware Acceleration'.
How to disable hardware acceleration in Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
- Go to Settings.
- On the left side, select System.
- Under the System section, toggle the switch for Use hardware acceleration when available to Off.
