How to Stream Content with Classroom Podium using Google Chrome

Instructions on how to play Streaming Services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc) with our classroom podiums using Google Chrome

Issue: When using streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video using the classroom podium, you may encounter a black screen with audio during playback.

Resolution: This is frequently caused by browser settings. To ensure proper playback, navigate to your Google Chrome settings and disable 'Hardware Acceleration'.

How to disable hardware acceleration in Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
3. Go to Settings.
4. On the left side, select System.
5. Under the System section, toggle the switch for Use hardware acceleration when available to Off.
6. Restart Google Chrome
