ITS HELP CENTER

We are located on the top floor of the Ryan Learning Center and combine both Media Services and IT resources into a single location for your convenience.  Get help by walk-in, email help@pointloma.edu, call 619-849-2222, or through the resources available on this site.

Wireless Device Registration

Beginning Fall 2019, wireless devices that previously could not be used at the University can be registered via the mydevices.pointloma.edu site.  This site will allow the network connectivity needed in order to configure devices such as: Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Smart TV, Xbox, PlayStation and more.
