OneLogin: Setup OneLogin Protect via Mobile Browser

This guide explains how to configure the OneLogin Protect app on a mobile device without the use of an additional device during setup.

How to Register OneLogin Protect

1. Download OneLogin Protect from:
   • App Store (iOS)
   • Google Play (Android)
     • If your Android device uses separate Work and Personal profiles, install OneLogin Protect on your Personal profile.
2. Tap this link https://pointloma.onelogin.com/profile2/mfa.
   • Log in with your PLNU credentials if prompted.
   • If you are not already enrolled in MFA, you will be prompted to create one. Choose OneLogin Protect and skip step 3.
3. Tap Add Factor → select OneLogin Protect.
4. Tap Activate.
5. Tap Open.
6. The OneLogin Protect app will open and register your device for MFA.
    

Set OneLogin Protect as Your Primary MFA

1. Return to your web browser and visit the URL https://pointloma.onelogin.com/profile2/mfa from step two above.
2. Tap Options next to "OneLogin Protect".
3. Select Set as primary.
