Add OneLogin Voice as 2-Factor Authentication

  1. Click on the following link for your OneLogin Profile.
  2. Once logged in, find your name in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Select Profile
  4. On the left side of the page, click on Security Factors
  5. Add a factor, then select OneLogin Voice

 

  1. You will then receive a call from an a OneLogin bot.
  2. Once prompted, enter the code shown on your computer screen on to your phone followed by the # sign.
    1. Please note: If you do not receive a call, return to your profile, enter your phone number (even if it is the same number), select save changes, and re-try this process. 
  3. Once completed OneLogin Voice will be added to your security factor list
  4. If you have more than one form of 2-Factor Authentication, you can choose which one is your default.
  5. See the screen shot below for the location of the 'invisible' Set as Default button that appears when your mouse is near.
