Securely Send and Release Prints Jobs

Ricoh MFPs allow the option to send print jobs that won't print until the user is physically at the printer (Hold Print). A numerical password may also be applied for added security (Locked Print).  These functions are useful when privacy is a concern, or to prevent prints from getting picked up by another user. This article details how to send Hold and Locked print jobs, and how to pick them up (known as "releasing" the print job).
